In this video, Dr. Joe Nemeth and his staff tested five popular teeth whitening products. They had mixed results with each product. Tara used Auraglow and found it to be effective, although she did mention that the mouth guard was a bit big. Skyler used Opalescence and was pleased with the results, but he did experience pain and sensitivity due to improperly molding the mouth guard. Beth tried the Super Smile kit, but found it time-consuming and didn't notice a significant difference in the whiteness of her teeth. Deborah used MI paste, which is not specifically for whitening, and didn't see much improvement. Lastly, Doreen used Crest 3D White Strips and found them to be convenient and effective.
