The Powerful Ruleset MELEE MAYHEM In Splinterlands

Hello, my dear friend from the Splinterlands universe.

I hope everyone of you are having a great time in the Splinterlands and I am playing the game on a regular basis. The game is evolving everyday with new things in the good cryptomarket, especially with the amazing sale of the Conclave Arcana which has generated multiple fold revenue than the sale of the last card edition Rebellion. So, I am more hopeful about the game than previous time. Currently, the battles are becoming more difficult and I am trying to doing good in the modern formats and it requires more strategic with new cards. As a result, I am buying new cards and card packs on a regular basis to build my modern decks more stronger. I am working on my strategy of building modern decks as I have mentioned in my previous blogs thoroughly, and I have already leveled up my summoners up level 4 for some specific summoners and all at level 2 at the moment.

Today I'm writing this blog post about the "Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Ruleset Revelations!" I'm going to talk about one of favorite ruleset which is called the MELEE MAYHEM. This ruleset is so exciting that I am truly amazed with this ruleset with the dominating melee attackers. This ruleset one of the rulesets that change the overall battle completely with the amazing empowerment of the rulesets and with some anti-melee mayhem rulesets like thorns. I also write about my experiences and strategies in my hive blogging on a regular basis. You can read those posts every day on the community blogs.

In the Melee mayhem ruleset, the monsters with the melee attack can attack from any position from the monsters line-up. If you have melee attacking monsters in the back-line with Sneak or Opportunity, those abilities take precedence. Selecting a summoner that increases melee attack or a summoner that reduces melee attack of enemies + a tank with Shield can be a great strategy to do better in this rulesets. Using monsters with Thorns, Inspire, Blast, and Retaliate help in this ruleset to fight against this specific rulesets in the battle.

In the following points I am going to share my points why I like this special rulesets and how to use it in an accurate way -

• Melee attackers are the most dominating monsters in the Splinterverse and these cards are always cheaper than the other cards as they can not attacks form the non-tank position without some special abilities like sneak or opportunity or reach. But in this melee mayhem ruleset, these melee attackers are able to attacks their targets from any positions.

• Most of the melee attackers have tremendous number of attacks compared to the magic and range attackers which is another reason for liking this fantastic ability.

• Melee attackers often have ore arors and they have the ability of SHIELD with Magic or Range attacks reflection in many case, making these monsters more powerful for any battles with such ruleset.

• There are many cards enhancing the power of the melee attackers so it is easier to do better in the battles. Also, abilities like double strike can be a great tool to use these amazing ruleset do better in the battle.

• Also, there are some anti-melee mayhem abilities for some monsters such as the thorns, retaliate, shield and other abilities of the monsters.

In my battle with the Melee Mayhem ruleset I ahve won this match for some amazing monsters that supported my other monsters perfectly. The most supportive rulesets here are the -

• Protect that added 2 extra armors to all of my monsters having a great benefits against the melee and range attackers though my opponent team has many monsters with the magic attacks.

• Retaliate is another ability that one of my monster had helped me to do better in the battle in some rounds.

• True Strike is a great ability of my two monsters that made sure that their attacks are not missed that did the best job in this battle to win the victory.

So, I have used the Melee Mayhem ruleset perfectly in this battle that brought the victory at the end without any complexity. I hope this discussion about this amazing rulesets will let you think about your own strategy to do better in the Splinterlands battles.
