Inspiration Does Not Always Come from Legends, Sometimes It Comes from a Friend

Hello to my fellow community members,

Friends, there are a lot of people who talk about getting inspired from big names like Muhammad Ali, Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Mike Tyson, Lata Mangeshkar, Mother Teresa and many others. But in reality, do you know that to get inspired, you actually just have to look around yourself?

Friends, in this blog I am going to talk about the closest person in my life, someone who is the same age as me, who inspired me.

He is a friend of mine who dropped out of college and started a small business. And today, after four years, he is doing good in life.

Initially, he started a coffee cart and he used to work there all by himself. He was a little shy and upset because people used to judge him for giving up on studies and starting a business. But today, those same people come to his cafe to drink coffee and talk to him.

Friends, that is the closest person in my life who has inspired me. And what he has inspired me to believe is that if we pledge to do something, then no one can stop us.

If he could do that at the age of 18 or 19, then obviously anyone can do something meaningful at their age.

So just look around yourself. Sometimes you have people very close to you who can inspire you. But we are busy looking at the lives of people who are already gone.

I know reading about them is good and we should learn from their lives because they did great work. But the best example is the one that is available to you right beside you.

And I think if you have a friend who can inspire you and motivate you, then you do not need anyone else in your life.

For me, I am blessed and I thank God for a friend like him because I know there are very few people who have such friends.

So that is what I wanted to share. Do you think inspiration can come from oneself as well? It is a question often asked whether someone can inspire himself.

I personally think that it might not always be possible to inspire oneself because we have to do something meaningful in life so that others get inspired. So inspiring our own self is difficult or maybe impossible.
