Como he comentado en publicaciones anteriores, estoy en un proceso de recuperación, ya que estuve unas semanas entrenando muy mal y con poca constancia, lo que provocó que mi ritmo y resistencia en los entrenamientos se redujera de manera considerable.
No me quiero ver desanimado ni mucho menos susceptible, por eso me puse nuevamente en marcha para seguir esforzándome en mis entrenamientos.
Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, los movimientos que realicé son en su mayoría en progresiones bajas, son pocas las series que realizo con la máxima progresión que mi cuerpo aguanta, esto se debe a que quiero fortalecer, no agotar.
Los movimientos que realicé fueron: en la plancha fueron intentos de Frog Planche con agarre supino, aguante de Frog Planche y aguante de Tuck Advance. En el Front Lever solo realicé varias repeticiones de Pull Ups. ¡Siempre con la mejor actitud!
As I've mentioned in previous posts, I'm in the process of recovery, as I spent a few weeks training poorly and with little consistency, which caused my pace and endurance in training to decrease considerably.
I don't want to be discouraged or even vulnerable, so I got back on track to continue pushing myself in my workouts.
As you can see in my photos, the movements I performed were mostly in low progressions. Only a few sets were performed with the maximum progression my body can handle. This is because I want to strengthen, not exhaust.
The movements I performed were: on the plank, I attempted a Frog Planche with an underhand grip, a Frog Planche hold, and a Tuck Advance hold. On the Front Lever, I only performed a few reps of Pull-Ups. Always with the best attitude!
