Control 600m/800m: January 11 2025

Minimum for the Spanish championships indoor Was 1'40" for Claudia and she did 1'40"60 :-(

For me a first competition after (actually during). Catching this nasty cold. An 800m in 2'31" is lousy, but with this wind not that bad. The same for my daughter: with les e wind for sure she would have been qualifying.
