D-Day / Weekend: January 11 2025

It's getting worse and worse with the actifit app on my phone. I'll change the outcome shortly and see if I I'll face the same problem, but like those I can't even compete with the last ones this @poliac season :-(

After some negative signals good news from my daughter. 47" on 300m and 1'04" on 400m is the pace for tomorrow's try to get the minimum for the Spanish championships indoor on the 600m. The only thing is there's no indoor here on Mallorca and there's a forecast of quite some wind...

Today's swimminv day but not for me with my cold...
