Our Little Adventures

Hi Hivers! How are you all doing today? I hope everyone’s doing good. I just want to share another little story from our recent days. Busy, tiring, but full of happy moments.

Our weekend started with Jeus’ Boy Scout investiture. It was such a nice experience seeing all the kids in their uniforms, excited and proud. Parents were there too, taking pictures and cheering for them. Moments like that always feel memorable because you can really see how fast the kids are growing.

After the program, we headed to Taytay to run some errands and wait for my motorcycle. We needed to have it checked, but the shop was already full, so we decided to continue everything the next day.

The following morning, we went to the nearest motorcycle shop to have my motor checked properly. They inspected the CVT, did some cleaning, and changed a few parts that already needed replacement. We also replaced my signal lights, did a change oil, and I even bought a new side mirror. It took some time, but I’m glad everything got fixed because it’s safer and smoother to drive now.

In the afternoon, we had another event to go to Zach’s birthday party, one of Jeus’ friends. We went together with Q, and the kids were so excited. They played, laughed, ate snacks, and just enjoyed being around other kids. I love seeing them happy and carefree during birthday parties. It reminds me how simple joys are enough for them.

Before heading home, we decided to make one more stop the amusement area at Robinsons. Just a quick treat for the kids since we were already nearby. Jeus and Q had so much fun there! They played bowling, basketball, and tried a few arcade games. They also rode some of the coin-operated rides, and their smiles were worth every minute we stayed.

Even though we were already tired from all the activities, watching them enjoy really made my heart full. It felt like the perfect way to end a long day not planned, just a simple little adventure that made the kids happy. After playing at the amusement park, my sister Kathlyn dropped by to pick up Jeus and Q, and once they headed off, I just chilled at the bus stop waiting for my ride home. Nothing fancy just a simple, quiet moment to wrap up a long but fun day.

Thank you Hivers for reading my little weekend story! Wishing everyone a beautiful week ahead.
