Sign Lighting...

Did a full retrofit on the monument sign at the Roses plaza today — including Roses, Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, and the Laundromat panels.

The original fluorescent sign ballasts were completely shot — full of corrosion, moisture, and moss buildup. We pulled all the old units, cleaned out the enclosures, and replaced them with new Keystone rapid-start electronic ballasts rated for T8 and T12 HO lamps. Also replaced several lengths of rusted-out flex with fresh wiring to ensure safe and solid connections.

Everything's back up and glowing bright again — another clean lighting upgrade in the books.
