Introduction
The theme of this week's contest is also interesting.
When we talk about the value of small things, in my opinion we need to consider what small things mean. I believe that often with the name of "small things" we identify something that costs little and requires little effort to obtain them. What I would like to say is that what we sometimes identify as small things, in reality are exceptional, enormous things.. we only call them that because they cost little.
The flavor of life in my opinion does not come from a luxury car or a luxury house, but from the luxury of being happy. I tell the truth, if tomorrow they gave me a Lambr.... I would sell it immediately to think about doing something together with my family.
Try to think about the following.
If tomorrow they gave you the opportunity to go and live in a 5 million euro house near the sea, would you go without your family?

One of the things I enjoy doing is playing with my son. I think this is also one of those activities that can be included in what are called “little things”
I have noticed that children are extremely happy to play with their parents. In my case, the opposite is also true, that is, I also feel joy in playing with my son.
I believe this action is the maximum expression of the fact that happiness is not always in big things, but in certain fragments of everyday life.

Rain brings water back to the earth and with this gesture regenerates water resources, supports agriculture and maintains ecosystems. I like the sound of it. In addition, it often locks us in the house and forces us to organize hours to spend with the family. This is another advantage that rain provides.
I like to stand at the window and watch the rain fall, it slows down the pace of my life and forces me to think.

Another of those little things that I give extreme importance to is breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a moment in which we are all together, but it is a moment of quality. Why quality? Because no one is in a hurry, we do not have to run away for the usual daily commitments and we can exchange ideas and opinions in complete tranquility. Attention... all this with a delicious aroma of coffee around.
Conclusions
I believe that the wise person is the one who manages to give importance precisely to what often remains unobserved. Once my friend WILL asked me what was the thing I had and to which I attributed a fairly high value... I thought of my apartment, it couldn't be my car, it's a 1996 Punto that is worth 50 euros... he started laughing and said to me "are you sure? If I gave you 1 million euros would you give me your family?"... I was completely taken aback. The value of small things could sometimes be incalculable.

Introduzione
Interessante anche il tema del contest di questa settimana.
Quando parliamo del valore delle piccole cose, secondo me dobbiamo considerare cosa vuol dire piccole cose. Io credo che spesso con il nome di “piccole cose” identifichiamo qualcosa che costa poco e servono pochi sforzi per ottenerle. Quello che vorrei dire è che quello che a volte noi identifichiamo come piccole cose, in realtà sono cose eccezionali, enormi.. le definiamo solo così perché costano poco.
Il sapore della vita secondo me non arriva da un auto di lusso o da una casa di lusso, ma dal lusso di essere contenti. Dico la verità, se domani mi regalassero una Lambr…. la venderei subito per pensare di fare qualcosa insieme alla mia famiglia.
Provate a pensare a quanto segue.
Se domani vi dessero la possibilità di andare a vivere in una casa da 5 milioni di euro vicino al mare, senza i vostri famigliari ci andreste?

Giocare con il proprio figlio o la propria figlia

Una delle cose che mi diverte fare è giocare con mio figlio. Credo che anche questa sia una di quelle attività che possano rientrare in quelle che vengono definite “piccole cose”
Ho notato che i bambini sono estremamente felici di giocare con i genitori. Nel mio caso poi vale anche il contrario, cioè, anch’io provo gioia a giocare con mio figlio.
Questa azione credo sia la massima espressione del fatto che la felicità non è sempre nelle grandi cose, ma in certi frammenti di quotidianità.
La pioggia

Anche la pioggia fa parte di quelle piccole cose che hanno un valore enorme.
La pioggia riporta l’acqua sulla terra e con questo gesto rigenera le risorse idriche, sostiene l’agricoltura e mantiene gli ecosistemi. Mi piace il suo rumore. Inoltre, spesso ci rinchiude in casa e ci costringe ad organizzare delle ore da passare in famiglia. Questo è un altro vantaggio che procura la pioggia.
Mi piace stare alla finestra a vedere la pioggia cadere, rallenta il ritmo della mia vita e mi costringe a pensare.
La colazione del sabato o della domenica

Un’altra di quelle piccole cose a cui io do estrema importanza è la colazione del sabato e della domenica. E’ un momento in cui siamo tutti insieme, ma è un momento di qualità. Perché di qualità? Perché nessuno ha fretta, non dobbiamo scappare per i soliti impegni quotidiani e possiamo scambiare idee ed opinioni in tutta tranquillità. Attenzione… tutto questo con un buonissimo aroma di caffè intorno.
Conclusioni
Credo che la persona saggia sia quella che riesce a dare importanza proprio a ciò che spesso rimane inosservato. Una volta il mio amico WILL mi chiese quale fosse la cosa che avevo e a cui attribuivo un valore abbastanza alto… io pensai al mio appartamento, non poteva essere la mia autovettura, è una Punto del 1996 che vale 50 euro… si mise a ridere e mi disse “sei sicuro? Se ti dessi 1 milione di euro mi daresti la tua famiglia?”... Io rimasi completamente spiazzato. Il valore delle piccole cose a volte potrebbe essere anche incalcolabile.
