@steevc just finished a 5.41km run, that lasted for 34 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 440.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
Do not worry, I am fine. The title references my Garmin having some sort of glitch where it shows my pulse going up above 210bpm. That was on the way back when I was taking it easy. I have not noticed that happening before.
I was doing some intervals up the local hill today. Those were fairly good and I hit 5min/km at times on those. That is quick for me and these sessions may help my speed generally.
There was a forecast of thunderstorms today, but that has not materialised yet. It had rained overnight a little, but it was drying up as I went out.
A house up the road is being re-rendered with some sort of tiles being put on first. I had not seen the bare bricks of this place before.
I picked some blackberries and blackcurrants last night so I could add them to my breakfast. There are plenty of places around here where you can pick blackberries, but I do not want those brambles taking over the garden. They grow really quickly. We are getting a good crop of potatoes though and the tomatoes should be ripe fairly soon. Those need some sunshine.
Run free and live well.
