Hace poco, mientras hablaba con mi instructora de gym, escuché una frase que me gustó mucho: "a veces no podemos controlarlo todo". Y sí, la gran verdad es esa. Si somos personas que aman el control absoluto, en algún momento llegará algo que no podremos controlar; el verdadero dilema es: ¿Cómo vencer algo cuando no podemos controlarlo? Más allá de las redundancias sobre el término, se debe comprender que, en ocasiones, más que control, necesitamos comprender y aceptar, para continuar.

Así que, he preparado esta reflexión para abolir las simples preguntas que, derivadas del control, nos pueden entorpecer el sentido de la vida. ¡Espero les guste y les sirva de ayuda!

Recently, while talking to my gym instructor, I heard a phrase that I really liked: “sometimes we can't control everything”. And yes, the great truth is that. If we are people who love absolute control, at some point something will come along that we can't control; the real dilemma is: how do we overcome something when we can't control it? Beyond the redundancies about the term, it must be understood that, sometimes, more than control, we need to understand and accept, in order to continue.
