Shadows - Capture The Magic Of The Moment

This is my entry for the show me a shadow challenge round 170.

A couple of years ago on one of our road trips with my family we visited a park. It was a hot sunny day in May. As we walked through the park enjoying the greenery and the deer around I noticed something that grabbed my attention.

The light and shadows all around mesmerized me. They lend the landscape around a kind of magical quality. This image to me seems like a tapestry in velvety hues. The range of greens and browns seem to highlight the textures all around.

The shadows in the walking path ahead of me seemed so special to me. It was like walking through some kind of a maze. I was so happy to click this image.

Sometimes just a couple of photographs are enough to make your trip seem awesome, for me these images always bring up memories of that lazy holiday we spent in that small town up the hill.
