Three Tune Tuesday - Metal Gods of the New Age

Here are some social media metal gods for this #threetunetuesday

In the 2010s there was an upswell of instrumental heavy metal guitarists on social media. Jeff Loomis was one and of course to monetize their albums they got sponsored by various brands of gear. In this case it is EMG.

Another is Ola Engund who seems to have been sponsored by every amp brand out there. We hear most of his albums beforehand on demo videos like this.

Keith Merrow is another metal god who seems to have started out with guitar sponsorships. He first started out selling cheap badly made Agile guitars that would need to be refretted on arrival. Now he has moved up in the world with Korean made Schecter signature guitars.

Finally all three of them got together to sell msoftware plugin packs to aspiring metal gods. Sadly they didn't share their secret mixing techniques.
