Wednesday Walk- end up with buying more flower plants and long conversation with Cat

Most of the time I work remotely, and take a break in between. Today after spending 5 hours I went for a walk to one of my favorite roads nearby which is 2.5 km, so in that way I walk or run 5 km on this road. On this road, there are beautiful Palash trees, nowadays they are full of flowers.

During my walk I found a friendly cat, we sat together and talked and then we both said bye to each other, I said bye-bye kitty and she said Meow :). While I am outside my home my eyes always look for the cats, I find them very playful and cute.

After a little uphill road, there is a beautiful mango grove, it is a quiet road of 2.5 kilometers which ends at a small water body and temple. And the mountain trail starts from this temple. People are found doing yoga in this temple. There is a park in the middle where women exercise or walk. And this entire area has beautiful wildflowers and fruit trees like mango, litchi, lemon, etc.

After walking about a kilometer, I remembered that I wanted to buy a red passion flower bush for my balcony. So, I turned and started walking towards the nursery. I was doubtful that I would find the Red Passion Flower bush as I had never seen anyone having this flower near my area.

I do have a purple passion flower: My previous blog on the purple passion flower, but I got Lucky and found a red passion flower bush. Going to the nursery and coming up with one plant is kind of an impossible thing for me. Mostly with my other shopping, I stick with the list I take with me and buy only those things which are mentioned in the list and required, but when it comes to buying plants hmmmmm I never go with the list 😊.

So today I brought a red passion flower bush, Rangoon creeper (Hindi name- Madhumalti), and bougainvillea. I have Bougainvillea in pink and white color flower, today I brought yellow one.

I Spent some time here and talked to the gardener about how to take care of flowers in the heat and what kind of vegetables can be grown.

I saw honey bees in the corner, gardener said that they might be here to rest and they may fly in two or three days of rest as the cover a long distance.

In this way, I came back with 3 plants in 3 km and not a 5 km walk.
This was my walk and once I post it will be back to the work desk to finish today’s task.
