As promised, here’s Part 3 of my 2024 recap. Each of us holds memories close to our hearts—some too precious to forget, and many we hope others can learn from or simply enjoy with us.

So let's start 😃

August 25, 2024 – Fellow Believers' Gathering

What made this day truly unforgettable was the presence of fellow believers. People who share not just the same faith, but also the same love for spiritual companionship. During the event, I can really feel the warmth of my fellow believer's love. It was as if time give us the chance to reconnect, talk about life, and strengthen our spiritual ties.

We laughed a lot, shared stories, encouraged one another, and even had deep conversations that reminded us of why we continue walking in this path.

We spent hours in conversations but every moment felt meaningful. It’s rare to find such safe spaces in a fast-paced world, and that’s why this gathering stood out.

It reminded me that we’re never alone in our journey, and that Jehovah continues to provide us with the support we need. Surrounded by those who love Jehovah too—what more could I ask for?

"We might forget the exact words spoken, but never the way it made us feel safe, seen, and spiritually refreshed."

August 30, 2024 – Oral Communication "Walking Gallery"

This day was definitely one for the books. As part of our Oral Communication subject, our teacher assigned us a performance task called a "Walking Gallery." We were grouped together and tasked with creating a gallery-style presentation that we had to bring to life not just with visuals, but through confident speech and teamwork.

Preparing for it was no walk in the park. We had to coordinate designs, write informative content, rehearse our parts, and most of all beat the deadline. We stayed up late refining our work, making sure every part of the gallery was visually engaging and well-thought-out. Timeliness mattered, and though it was stressful at times, we pulled it off right on schedule.

When the day of the presentation came, I felt both excited and uneasy. The weather didn’t cooperate. It was rainy, which made moving around the campus a bit more challenging. But rain or shine, the show had to go on.

We went from room to room, station to station, presenting our gallery to different teachers and staff. I was chosen as the spokesperson for our group, which meant I had to introduce our concept and respond to any questions the teachers asked. At first, it was kinda stressful to do 😂 speaking clearly while thinking on the spot. But as the day went on, I found myself enjoying it. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a taste of what it's like to stand for something you've worked hard for.

What made it even more special was the collaboration. You can see it in our smiles, the way we stood together in front of our colorful boards, and how each member had a role to play. Everyone had a different spark, and together we made something meaningful.

We received compliments not only on the design of our gallery but also on how we confidently presented ourselves. That really boosted our confidence. Looking back at the photos, I can’t help but smile. It wasn’t just a school project. It was a memory made.

"Confidence doesn’t always start with certainty—it grows with every brave step you take."

That day, I learned that even in discomfort, growth happens. And with teamwork, rain, and all, we turned our walking gallery into a proud moment we’ll always carry with us.

August 31, 2024 – Usual Sunday Routine

As usual, my Sunday began with a familiar but always meaningful routine—attending our congregation meeting. I’ve grown to love this routine: getting ready early, reviewing the Watchtower, preparing my heart and mind, and arriving at the Kingdom Hall with an eagerness to be spiritually refreshed.

That particular Sunday, the discussion was deeply practical and thought-provoking. We explored the topic of Bible Chronology (an area some might find complex or even unnecessary). But as I listened, I realized how valuable it really is. We traced timelines and events leading up to the arrival of the Messiah. These weren’t just historical facts. They were clear reminders that Jehovah’s promises are always fulfilled, right on time.

https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/rufajane/242YGNsrz6zsM8h7WvcAwXTtj4KdNbWNV15iDkmfXHWctjtMqucNkR2GUY8wmDDCPvpEX.jpg

Some people might say, “What matters is our faith now, not the past,” and to a point, that’s true. But for me, understanding biblical timelines and fulfilled prophecies only strengthens that faith. It makes me see the Bible not just as a spiritual guide, but as a book deeply rooted in accurate, real-world history. I was reminded once again that our beliefs aren’t based on emotion or tradition. They’re grounded in truth and evidence.

After the meeting, I spent some time talking with friends. There’s something beautiful about sharing insights and encouragement right after being spiritually fed.

Later that day, I had time to reflect on what I learned. I even found myself rereading some verses we discussed. And just like that, my usual Sunday became another layer in my growing understanding and appreciation of Jehovah’s Word.

"Faith is not blind—it sees clearly when anchored in truth."

And that’s exactly what I felt. I may not know everything yet, but every meeting, every topic—especially ones like this—pulls me closer to the truth and strengthens my desire to keep learning.

These moments may seem simple, but they hold so much meaning. Whether it was sharing laughter, pushing past nerves, or being spiritually refreshed, each memory reminded me how much I’ve grown.

As some says, "Not every day is grand but even the quiet ones can leave a mark". And that’s what makes them worth keeping.

Sometimes, the smallest days become the ones we remember most. 💛
