Friends of this beautiful community I hope you are all well, as everyone who sees my posts already know me and know what I work and the things we have been doing in the work, this time I want to share some photos of a maintenance work we were doing today.
This time as I have already told you in previous posts we are performing preventive maintenance to prevent the structure of the exterior buildings that are exposed to deteriorate because this work is near the beach and its biggest enemy is the saltpeter which if not treated in time can cause major damage.
So we are washing, sanding, and applying anti-corrosive paint and finally white elastomeric paint, the same that we apply to waterproof the roofs, we are testing it to see how much it covers and if it is better to use this than the white enamel we have been using, so in a few months I will tell you how it went. Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien, como ya todos los que ven mis post me conocen y saben de lo que trabajo y las cosas que hemos venido haciendo en la obra, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir algunas fotos de un trabajo de mantenimiento que estuvimos realizando el día de hoy. En esta oportunidad como ya le he contado en post anteriores estamos realizando un mantenimiento preventivo para prevenir que la estructura de las edificaciones exteriores que están expuestas se deterioren debido a que esta obra queda cerca de la playa y su mayor enemigo es el salitre el cual si no se trata a tiempo puede causar daños mayores. Por lo que estamos lavando, lijando, y colocándole pintura anticorrosiva y por última pintura elastomérica blanca la misma que colocamos para impermeabilizar los techos, estamos haciendo la prueba con ella a ver que tanto cubre y si es mejor usar esta que el esmalte blanco que venimos utilizando, así que dentro de unos meses les cuento que tal nos fue.
