My DBA journey

Greetings everyone,

Many of you might don't know that on top of my busy schedule with work, business and family, I am also pursuing my tertiary education in one of the local unversity here Malaysia.

I began this journey after registering somewhere in May 2019. It took me all of my guts, confidence and the best of me enrolling into this programme. It took me a lot of things considering all the challenges I will have to endure to complete this programme.

Now I am halfway there, I can safely say that I can do this!

Everytime I face near-impossible tasks, I always look back at the initial reason I started this journey. It was for my career, making my family proud and above all, it was for myself.

So far, the journey has been filled with a lot of bitter and sweet memories which will go down the memory lane.

One of the very reason I was afraid to share this DBA journey not only on Hive but from every social media was because some say there are tabboo if you share them and backfire back at you. Sounds quite bs but I said to myself that I will only share them when I have reached halfway.

Just incase you ask about my programme I enrolled, DBA or Doctor of Business Administration is essentially an industrial PhD. One of the major difference between DBA and PhD BA is that DBA does not practice fully research studies as compared to PhD BA.

The main reason I enrolled with DBA is for career enhancement and for my business venture development. DOUBLE WIN!

Hence, this coming semester, the above images are the two subjects I am currently taking. I really love business administration and its related subjects. I am looking forward for our e-class this coming weekend.

Well, that is the simplest blog I can do in related to my DBA journey. A lot of things are on my plate now but I am positive to be able to complete them one step at a time.

Slowly but surely!
