Splinterlands and Golemcore - Battling Drybone Barbarian, using attacks, and Weekly Leaderboard

I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

The new season in Splinterlands has finally started, and today I am going to share my very first battle from this season. In the screenshot below, you can see my summoner and monster lineup. You can also check out the opponent's summoner and monster that I faced in this match.

At the first position, my opponent had Dry Bone Barbarian, and honestly, this is a card I had never seen before in my life. It looked quite interesting because it comes with nine mana and ten health. On the other side, my first card was Dragon, which had four attack power, three defense, and six health.

After seeing the opponent’s monsters, I was almost sure that I was going to lose this battle. But still, I decided to watch the entire match till the end. You can check out each round in the screenshots below.

Below, you can see the final round where I was left with four cards, while the opponent still had five. It was not just about the number of cards, but I knew I was about to lose because the opponent’s cards were clearly stronger.

As expected, I lost the battle, and there was nothing I could do about it. The only thing I am planning now is to rent some cards so I can compete with the players who keep defeating me. Honestly, I am really upset about losing continuously, but I hope I will be able to pick some good cards and perform better in the upcoming matches.

Coming to terracore I didn't had much to do and only few attacks to use and I did that as you can see below in the screenshot. We used six attacks and thankfully it took just few seconds to do so and it saved a lot of my time which I wanted to save as there was more games to play.

Terracore has no developments recently but I still love that game because of the simplicity while Golem overlord takes a lot of time and that is what I have shared below. I had used all my attacks there as well but it took time unlike terracore where it took few seconds of time.

I also opened my weekly rewards where I was in top 60. The rewards were so bad as you can see below. I am not sad as I have paid 600+ shards for obtaining only pyrites NFTs which is even worst than what we got today.
