Crotchet in embroidery form

Hello hive
It's good to be back again; sometimes, you want to make a difference and create something unique. That brought back my knowledge of embroidery when I was in junior secondary school. I remember how we were taught to create simple designs on a piece of clothing to create a masterpiece of our own. This morning while knitting, I thought of what I can do as a beginner since I'm still learning the basis of crotcheting. I am not in a rush to dash into something big that's why I'm taking my time to learn the little things that can make a big difference.
Staring at the yarn in my hand, I thought to myself, "If a thread can make beautiful designs on clothing, so also should yarn." Luckily for me, I have lots of white handkerchiefs which I'm not using then I decided to bring my imagination to life. It might be as beautiful as a professional would design it but I guess I tried in my little way. I decided to make a design with my knitted yarn on a white handkerchief just to beautify it. I've watched it in movies where people gift themselves embroidered clothing materials that seem so special and bring the memories of such people even when they are not around.
My journey into crotcheting so far has been a wonderful experience. It brings a smile to my face whenever I'm knitting even as a beginner. There is always this enthusiasm and a feeling that I want to do more. I could have easily given up when I had no one to put me through. Everyone I've approached so far seems busy and likewise am I. I am in my final year in school, and this last semester seems like the first time I gained admission. The stress cannot be overemphasized. I've been having presentations over and over again, taking almost all of my time coupled with projects, so in between all this, I had to squeeze time out for my crotchet lesson, and I'm happy with how far I've come.
Crotcheting is a beautiful art piece, it's like bringing an imagination to life. Making the unseen visible. Just as I got an idea while knitting to try a form of embroidery on a piece of clothing, crotcheting can bring any imagination to reality. Once you can see it, your hands can make it, that's one of the things that gets me going on this journey. With time, I will definitely be able to do more and show what I've got to the world that no knowledge should be underrated. What I thought was archaic and, for oldies, is what I now find fun and interesting to do. I'm glad I didn't give up when the spark was lighted in me. I could have just overlooked it and seen it as unnecessary especially now that I am so busy. Giving in to learn with all of my heart is a big decision and in the end, I'm sure it'll pay off. To everyone who has supported me so far, I am grateful for your words of advice, lovely comments, and encouragement. Your words kept me going and I'm ready to do more. Just as always, I look forward to seeing your comments.
