Greetings, Hiveans. 🤠 Lets continue with #britpop genre, 90-es and SUEDE - part two! (part one was here). Not much I can say about the tunes, let them speak for themselves.
Suede - Stay Together
Was the last single released while guitarist Bernard Butler was in the band (though subsequent singles from 'Dog Man Star' featured his music), his magnum opus before exiting the band. This epic kissyfit valentine conquered everybody; very few from Britpop era ever matched this magnificent level.
Suede - Young Men
This B-side in my opinion is more of an A-side. Beautiful comeback of these britpop outsiders.
Was one of the reasons why I hunted down their 'Sci-Fi-Lullabies' singles compilation.
Suede - Everything Will Flow
Bittersweet ballad and nice video from Suede's fourth LP which I dont even remember the name of -
as it almost doesnt exist for me, comparing with first three records.
Suede's back catalogue has much more to explore - so, to be continued. I hope you enjoyed today's music selection, and travelling around the globe without leaving the Hive. 😎 The post goes for Three Tune Tuesday challenge run by @ablaze.
