PEPT membership is growing, Tokens created and Admin Role is being defined.

This is @fjworld updating you on recent changes completed and identifying some short term priorities.

As of today, the @PEPT-Admin account is owned, managed and under the direction of PEPT founder. That would be me, Jack. My long term goal is to have someone fill the administrator role. Initially, I will be building the reputation and wallet for the admin account. As we progress with more engagement from our traffic exchange community, I expect to see members filling some roles that will be necessary for the continued growth of Project ePayTraffic. I am talking about a program that will continue to exist long after I have transitioned to another form. So 2023, will be the year of leveraging for FJ World Inc. Already have the domain name

Membership - Since I started on Hive, just over a month ago, I have had about a 2% growth in membership on Project ePayTraffic (

) that can be attributed to traffic from the Hive community. There has never been a goal to rapidly grow membership. Since 2016, the focus has been on building a proof of concept model that would define best practices in the delivery of high quality traffic to and from businesses, organizations and individuals. Before I research hive blockchain, I was heavily focused in building a better traffic exchange script. Actually, it was more like looking at existing traffic exchange scripts and seeing which one would be the easiest to modify. A lot of things happened in a short period of time that caused me to pull away from improving the existing licensed lfmte script I owned. I realized that Hive Smart Contract functionality and protocol could replace the modifications I wanted to make plus it would allow me to expand way beyond the limitation of the existing manual traffic exchange world. It was time to re-define a traffic exchange scope, value and purpose from the view of a member and not the owner. The scope would include other means of traffic exchanging, including affiliate programs, list building programs, productivity tools, branding and much more relating to delivering what a member needs to succeed online. As we move along our traffic sharing activities, I will expand on the various components that are part of the PEPT model. For example, MQS Master Database, MQS Points, VeridiPass, Performance Points and more. So please, erase all existing knowledge of a traffic exchange being defined by say Wikipedia. "A traffic exchange is a type of website which provides a service for webmasters in exchange for traffic" In a PEPT world, traffic exchanging is not being limited to a type of website. We must stop working for a tool that has many limitations because that is just short changing the needs of, and deliverables to members.

Tokens - The PEPT token has been created. The existing reward and compensation plan administered in Project ePayTraffic has always been a function of revenue streams, investment return and operating expenses. Existing member account balances on ePayTraffic will be converted to tokens as part of an initial offering and distribution. Ongoing rewards and commission payments will be integrated with the blockchain. Consideration will be made to ensure that members can still receive service, rewards and commission independent of blockchain. Blockchain is not for everyone so every effort will be made to not disappoint Web2 users. I see #CTPX as a helper in getting some but not all of my followers to adopt blockchain.

Roles - Today, as you can see, I initiated the admin account and I am in the process of defining roles and responsibilities relating to Education, Experience, Technology, Communication, Leadership, Recruitment and Compensation. I will play the admin role until I find someone to take on some of these responsibilities. I will produce more information to help members of our traffic exchange community in deciding if they want to play some or all parts of the admin role.
