Morning run with parkrun friend

Not so beautiful morning today for a 6k Fartlek set along the Redcliffe foreshore with one of my parkrun buddies Leanne. The sky was gloomy with a strong south-easterly wind blowing ensuring the first 3k to the turn around more challenging than the last 3k. Virtually no one on the beach, very few runners and no bird life either so the wind must have impacted on their comfort zone
