I am going to start this post with a question that I will like you to provide an answer to as you read along, if there is going to be a job selection for a marketing position in a firm and between two candidates, one of the candidates involved appears very bold and outspoken while the other candidate appears to be shy and timid, irrespective of what the certificate says, who will you choose among the two candidates? Personally, I will choose the candidate who is bold and outspoken without minding what the certificate says and I am sure that a lot of people will do the same.

Confidence is very important for everyone irrespective of the chosen field, and the lack of confidence can make anyone lose out on any great position or attractive achievement. Confidence is a very great requirement in any chosen sector. In order to get the confidence that is required for a great path, there are certain things that needs to work upon.

Factors that make people lose confidence.

Expecting everyone to appreciate you.

The act of expecting everyone to worship and respect you or expecting everyone to appreciate what you do is a reason why people fail to be confident, building a type of lifestyle that expects people to appreciate you before you feel good about yourself is a serious dream killer.

Getting more focused on obstacles.

Getting focused on problems is a reason why people feel less confidence about themselves, rather than getting focused on available issues it is important to get focused on the way to go about the act of solving the problem, while looking for a way to offer solutions to the problems, the feeling of confidence sets in gradually.

Staying around negative people regularly.

Sticking around those who find pleasure in talking other people down is a great killer of confidence, when those you call your friends continue to find a reason to make you feel down, it is best to stay away from them or have your self-confidence totally brutalized.

Perfectionism.

Always seeking perfection means you will never appreciate yourself for little accomplishments, this act kills self-confidence very fast, you never feel you have done anything perfect enough so you always feel you have never done anything good enough to receive an applause which is a major dream killer on a regular base.
