. This dish is my family's favorite fried rice, with a special topping of fish meatballs and shrimp, with the addition of eggs as well. I made this for 2 person servings. Okay, let's get started:Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 cloves of shallots
- 3 red chilies
- 1 spring onion
- carrots
- corn
- fish balls
- shrimps
- 2 eggs
- vegetable oil
- margarine/butter
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- pepper
- salt
- sugar
Steps:

- Prepare all ingredients, slice the shallots, garlic, red chilies, and spring onion

- Cut the carrots and corn kernels

- Clean the shrimp, cut the fish balls according to taste


- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant



- Add red chili peppers and chopped spring onions




Add shrimp and fish balls, then cook until half done
Set aside

- Heat oil to make eggs




Crack the eggs and scrambled them and add cold rice
Stir until well mixed


- Set aside to the side of the pan, then add soy sauce, salted soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce until it simmers slightly to give a smoky aroma

- Stir the sauce and rice again until well mixed



- Add the toppings that were set aside earlier


- Stir briefly, then add the carrot and corn pieces

- Add margarine for extra aroma

- Add salt, sugar, and pepper

- Stir until evenly mixed and don't forget to adjust the seasoning


- Turn off the heat and serve the fried rice on a plate
