Para los amantes del ciclismo y amigos de los amigos, nos alegra en demasía cuando se es un activo compañero en las rutas, construyendo sueños. Estoy muy feliz porque si el clima de argentina lo permite, este fin de semana, el amigo Alejandro (Ale) correrá su primera carrera de rural bike. Tengo mucho material para compartir sobre los entrenamientos que venimos realizando y esta vez elijo, un entrenamiento específico que realizamos en Canning Buenos Aires, en el pasto.

Antes de continuar quiero contarles que estamos con un par de amigos gestionando la posibilidad de hacernos nuestros jerséis, obviamente exclusivo de Hive. Nuestra amiga @samgiset y su equipo, nos ayudaron en el diseño y próximamente tendremos novedades de los equipos. Estamos buscando presupuesto, ya que solventar estos gastos no es fácil para nosotros. Pero todo se puedo y allá vamos.

En otras publicaciones ya les conté que él tuvo una transformación de su cuerpo, incluyendo al ciclismo como parte de esos cambios, y obviamente la nutrición juega un papel importante.

Desde fondos largos de más de 100 km, pasadas en la ruta, en el pasto y también bajo la lluvia. Por supuesto que los trabajos de pendientes en el Adez, también lo fortalecieron. Está muy emocionado por esta experiencia y como ciclista lo entiendo perfectamente. Porque si de algo estoy seguro, es que amará aún más esta disciplina deportiva una vez concluida la carrera. Es un antes y un después, según mi experiencia.

La carrera tiene dos modalidades generales. La competitiva correrá 50 km y los promocionales correrán 25 km aproximadamente. Él ya está para correr en la competitiva, pero le recomendé que corra en promocionales y que disfrute de su primera experiencia. Ya vendrán otros eventos donde podrá correr en competitivas. Aunque en promocionales, al ser corta, las velocidades que se manejan son rapidísimas.
! [English] The race has two general modalities. The competitive will run 50 km and the promotional will run 25 km approximately. He is already ready to run in the competitive category, but I recommended him to run in the promotional category and enjoy his first experience. La cita es este domingo 9 de marzo, en la localidad de Abbott, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Estaré detrás de escena trabajando. Obviamente cubriendo el evento y creando contenidos. Solo espero que el amigo Alejandro disfrute de su primera carrera, que no se caiga y que sé inolvidable para todos.
