Hello everyone,this is my first post here.i'm glad to be part of this community.today I will be showing you how I made banana smoothies.
Banana offers versatile and delicious ways to support health and wellness.it contains fiber.
Banana smoothies have many potential health benefits,which includes aiding digestion,boosting energy and helping with weight loss.it also helps to control cholesterol.smoothies has vitamins c and B6 benefit in it.
ingredients
5 pieces of banana
Half from the small bottle of Groundnut
50g of evaporated milk
Little water.
preparation
I pilled the body of my bananas,i cut it into two and i sliced it into small piece with my knife.
I seperated the Groundnut with my hand.
I proceed to blender
Then i rinsed my chargeable blender and i put some of the banana inside it.i blender it little by little.
I put some of my Groundnut inside the blender,i put little water and i put little milk
Then i pressed the power button to blend it for 30mins.i did that repeatedly 3 times.
Afterwards I poured everything together inside my blender and i blended everything together once again and i mixed it with my spoon.
I opened my blender and i poured my smoothies inside a glass cup.
I served it with ice and without ice.
