*ingredient
1 Apple
1 avocado
250g of Evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of honey
Little water
preparations
I rinsed my apple,i remove the stick and i cut it into two
I removed the seeds i cut it into two again and i pilled the back
Then i cut it into smaller sections
For my avocado
I rinsed it ,I cut my avocado into two,i removed the big seed inside it and i pilled out the back
Afterwards I cut it into smaller sections with knife
After cutting my fruits I proceed to the blending process.
I rinsed my blender,i put some apples and i put some avocado then I put small honey.
I put little water and i pressed the power button.i did that three times.
I poured it inside a bowl and i pour everything inside my chargeable blender,i put my milk and i blend again for 15mins
I opened it and i poured it inside my glass cup.
