The coffee shop Sabor Cafe pleasantly surprises us: let's see why ?(eng/esp)

Best wishes to all coffee lovers, I would like to share with you my visit to a Café that I have told you about on other occasions, but that really every time you visit it you find something that surprises you and makes you want to come back.

For those of you who have not seen the references about this place, I would like to tell you that it is located in a very unique environment, in Old Havana, right on the docks of the Bay, in the old San José Warehouses, which have now become a Cultural Center.

Many people visit this place for the main reason of buying some interesting handicrafts or simply to chat with the artisans while they watch how they make their works, to relax some prefer to contemplate the sea while enjoying a snack and others, like me, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a good coffee.

In search of a good coffee I went with my sister to the top floor of the Warehouses where this café is located, as usual we sat next to its large windows, not only to contemplate the city from there but also to refresh ourselves with the gentle breeze that runs on this side.

Immediately it caught my attention that they had begun to offer a new service, they were offering coffee beans or ground coffee, according to the consumer's preference, this in the current conditions of Cuba makes the place doubly attractive, because it is no secret that coffee is scarce and it is very difficult to get it and much more difficult to obtain a coffee with the quality of this place, since their beans and roasting really obey the optimal parameters of quality.

Imagine that while you enjoy your cup of coffee, you can order it to be prepared to take the amount you want and you can also observe how they grind it, it is incredible how in each process the aroma that comes from each process of elaboration of the coffee.

As usual I ordered my cup of coffee with milk and my sister ordered a cold cappuccino, she fell in love with its decoration, I tried it and it was really delicious, we also ordered a bread with suckling pig which was delicious, unfortunately there were no tacos which was what we were looking for.

We had a great time in this place, because the service is always first class, the atmosphere is refreshing, it is very original as you can see the preparation of your drink and also now next to the coffee flavor area they established an area for crafts and you can contemplate it from your table.

It is certainly a pleasure to see that our new entrepreneurs can make their way, always with some obstacles and difficulties, according to some of their workers, but we have to have faith that we will achieve a better situation.

Mis mejores deseos para todos los amantes del café, quiero compartir con ustedes mi visita a un Café del cual les he hablado en otras ocasiones, pero que realmente cada vez que lo visitas te encuentras con algo que te sorprende y hace que quieras regresar.

Para los que no hayan visto las referencias acerca de este lugar, les comentó que está situado en un entorno muy singular, en La Habana Vieja, justo en los muelles de la Bahía, en los antiguos Almacenes San José, que se han convertido en la actualidad en un Centro Cultural.

Muchos visitan este lugar por la razón principal de comprar alguna artesanía interesante o simplemente conversar con los artesanos mientras observan como estos realizan sus obras, para relajar algunos prefieren contemplar el mar mientras disfrutan de algún aperitivo y otros en los que me encuentro yo, no desaprovechamos la oportunidad de disfrutar de un buen café.

En busca de un buen café me dirigí con mi hermana a la planta superior de los Almacenes que es donde se encuentra este café, como de costumbre nos sentamos próximo a sus amplios ventanales, para no solo contemplar la ciudad desde allí sino también refrescarnos con la suave la brisa que corre por este lado.

Inmediatamente llamó mi atención que habían comenzado a brindar un nuevo servicio, estaban ofertando Café en Grano o Molido, según la preferencia del consumidor, esto en las condiciones actuales de Cuba hace doblemente atractivo el lugar, pues para nadie es un secreto que el café escasea y se nos hace bien difícil conseguirlo y muchísimo más obtener un café con la calidad de este lugar, ya que sus granos y su tostado realmente obedecen a los parámetros óptimos de calidad.

Imaginen que mientras disfrutas de tu taza de café, puedes ordenar que te preparen para llevarla cantidad que deseas y además puedes observar como lo van moliendo, es increíble como en cada proceso el aroma que se despide de cada proceso de elaboración del café.

Como de costumbre yo pedí mi taza de café con leche y mi hermana pidió un capuchino frío, pues se enamoró de la decoración del mismo, yo lo probé y de verdad que estaba delicioso, también pedimos un pan con lechón que estaba bien rico, desgraciadamente no había tacos que era lo que nosotros estábamos buscando.

Pasamos un rato muy bueno en este lugar, pues la atención siempre es de primera, el ambiente es refrescante resulta muy original como puedes ver la preparación de tu bebida y además ahora próximo al área de sabor café establecieron un área para la artesanía y puedes contemplar la misma desde tu mesa.

Ciertamente es un placer ver que nuestros nuevos empresarios pueden abrirse camino, siempre con algunos obstáculos y dificultades, según algunos de sus trabajadores, pero hay que tener fe en que lograremos una mejor situación.

Les agradezco me acompañen en la lectura de este post, los invito a visitar el lugar y muy especial a todos los cubanos hiver ya saben donde encontrar buen café para preparar, esperemos que la oferta sea estable, ahhh los precios están en los márgenes de la época actual para el producto, algo elevado pero no en extremo.😅
