MY THOUGHTS ON VISION: REFLECTIONS ON GOAL-SETTING AND SUCCESS

Writing this post at 7:49 pm and posting it later at midnight. How do you view your own part in vision? Do you really see vision as an impact in your life or you don't? I believe vision is an insight that plays a significant role in shaping our lives and experiences. I think about how to bring vision into energy and motion to life and I see it as a crucial impact in my life.
I realized that vision gives us a sense of purpose and direction that we can follow. There are many things that vision can impact in our lives and people who have a vision can achieve their fulfillment. Having a vision can lead to a sense of accomplishment and inspires people to work on their goals. However, there are some people who don't really have vision, they're totally confused and some don't even know what to do with their lives, so they end up focusing on other's business.
People without a vision often don't think critical about their future. They don't sit down to think about their goals and plan accordingly. Instead, they often makes decisions based on how they feel in the moment. There are people who think and reflect but not everyone has a clear vision of their life and direction. Some individuals lack specific goals and direction, which makes it challenging for them to understand the important of having a vision. As a result, they tend to focus on short-term rather than long-term goals.
I realized some key things I need to do in order to get a clear vision, so I can finally achieve that goal I've been struggling with. This involves talking to myself, thinking, and ask myself a lot of questions . I've come to understand that if I envision something and take action towards it, I'll be more likely to succeed. However, all this requires effort and push. There are people who make mistakes by setting goals and then relaxing, expecting things to happen on their own. They might say 'this is how I want my year to be' or 'this is how I want my plans to run with achievable goals this year' , but then they don't take consistent action. As a result, they might end up stuck in the same place another year.
Vision has powerful tools that help thrive and achieve success. It's only people who are hungry for growth who make the ultimate move because they set themselves out to achieve their goals. They want their year to unfold according to their vision. But it's okay if everything they envisioned doesn't happen in a year. At least they've achieved some goals they worked on and that'll motivate them to keep going and strive for more next year.

Having such insight helps us think and imagine what we want to achieve in the next 5- 10 years. We consider what kind of impact we want to make and how confident we want to be in the midst of great people. It's helpful to keep a note book to record our thoughts, ideas, and insights so we can review and reflect on them. If you're a person of vision and ready to take action, you won't sit around waiting, time is ticking. I've achieved some things I wrote in my notebook and that a great start to the year for me. I have a vision for this year that I want to bring to life and if no one else will push me, I'll push myself. I know is not going to be easy, as a lot of challenges are always on the way, but I refuse to sleep on my goals , I'll wake up and take action in my life.
I finished writing my post at 8:40 pm and waiting till 12 midnight to post it. I know we can turn our vision into tangible energy and motion by breaking it down into smaller steps, staying motivated and celebrating our little wins along the way. We can stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed. Writing this down helps me express myself and explore my thoughts for new opportunities. it's not just writing and posting, it's a way for me to reflect on my vision and make it a reality. As I write, it feels like I'm talking to myself, exploring my thoughts and feelings about vision.
