Cinella is a tiny and beautiful holo character with bright colors. I made her character flying and perching on a flower.This character looks very adorable.

I used a piece of paper and colored pencils, starting by drawing flowers and the main goal, the character of Cinella.

Continue to the cinella section which is above the flower,Seen funny ☺️

The last step is to color everything we have drawn, I colored the holo character with the same color as the original.
I colored it with red, black, yellow and brown.
