“It is very important” said the disembodied voice, “that you align your-self with our collective timeline. If you think it’s Monday and The Party says it’s Tuesday, even though yesterday was Tuesday … it’s Tuesday again. For your safety and the safety of others compliance is compulsory. We are all in this together.”

This is not the future my friends. This is the present. The words have been changed to protect the innocent. Most of us have stepped into the feet that were pasted onto the floor.

Some guy in some store in this state tried to wave me back … early in the game … before there were blue lines taped to the floors. “Move back,” he said, waving his hand at me.

“Move up,” I told him, getting closer. And I didn’t move. And that was that.

This memory doesn’t have anything to do with today’s episode. Defiant pragmatism fuels the engine of this vessel. But we have some good qualities too. They are difficult for Pod-People and NPCs to detect because usually they can’t see past their own anxieties.

Universe is on a roll today … Tuesday … but we detect a bit of Ego contributing as well.
