Having coffee in the afternoon in Cospe☕️

Good morning, friends! On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, when my boyfriend and I finished a tour of the Trapiche de los Clavo Museum, we went for coffee, which is part of my daily routine. Although we had two coffee shops to choose from, we decided on Cospe.

It was our first time there, so before choosing a table to wait for our coffee, we asked for the menu to take a closer look at the options available. A Nutella mochaccino seemed ideal, without cookies, brownies, or cake because we had just had lunch.

The café was open-air, so we could see the baristas processing the coffee directly from the bean and preparing each order with the utmost care and love.

The atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful. While we waited for our coffees, I saw a shelf full of books, which I thought was incredible, because if we have more free time, we can have a coffee while enjoying a pleasant read.

Our order was brought and served at the table. I admire the artistry that baristas can reflect in the presentation of coffee. Its aroma was incredible. You don't know how much I enjoyed it. I added sugar, and I must say that I went a little overboard, but that didn't stop me from tasting the Nutella. It was hot, just the way I like it. I drank it slowly because I didn't want it to end.

My cup was empty, and even though it was very large, I wanted another one. I feel like it's never enough for me because it's somewhat addictive, but I was still full from lunch, and even though I love coffee, I shouldn't overdo it. It was a great experience and delicious coffee. It's a shame that it's so far from home, but it's a reason to come back.
