Hello everyone, how are you? What did you do this weekend? This weekend I woke up late. I originally intended to run from my boarding house to the car-free day arena. Jakarta always has a car-free day every week. But, I ended up waking up late. So, this week's run was moved to the afternoon.

The afternoon was a bit sad. My neighbor passed away yesterday, so the front of the house was full of guests. I also tried to carry on with my activities as usual. How was your weekend? I hope you're doing well. This week, I started running again. I didn't run much distance this week. I'm still at the 3K stage. I'm still adjusting to myself and my daily routine. Just running 3K this time made my head spin.

Last week, after running 3K, I continued walking. It was probably the same distance, around 3K. As I walked, I started to get tired. As a result, I reached for chocolate and water for energy. It seems this month I'll focus on improving my physique. It turns out that walking every day isn't enough to build my physique this time.

This time, I ran in the afternoon around Salemba. The route was the same as last week. Central Salemba, entering the market area, passing the station, and ending on the road near my boarding house. Next week, I might try Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. Running in the afternoon feels different. Especially the air, it feels a little dense.

How was my pace? The first kilometer was still quite fast. I was at an 8:45 pace. Then, in the second kilometer, my pace reached 9:15. Then, my final pace was 9:00. It seems my physique is still a bit weak. I still can't run long distances. That's all I can share about this run. See you next time.
