Run 5K Again, After Rest 2 Week

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. After two weeks of rest, I finally ran again. I took a break for several reasons, one of which was health. I can't tell you much about it. But finally, today I'm back again. I'm so happy to be back running again.
Today I ran 5K in the Salemba area again. Initially I only ran 3K, but it turned out I could go back to 5K. I ran on a route that I like and that I already know. The intention was, I wanted to go out in the morning but it turned out that I couldn't in the morning.

While I was resting, it turned out that I had insomnia again. The decision to run this time was to reduce my insomnia. Running is my way to reduce insomnia. How about the run this time? Again, the first two kilometers were very fast. This is also what I have to fix.
The average pace of this run was 8:25. And again, I had a big job to manage my phase at the beginning, in the first two kilometers. In the first and second pace, I ran at 6 pace. And it turned out to be very fast. And I forgot to check it on Strava.


I thought it was slow enough, but it turned out that after I checked it on Strava, it was still very fast. Then in the third kilometer, it was at 9:38. In the fourth kilometer, 9:32. And finally, Pace reached 9:52. Again, I had to maintain my running pace.
Yes, maybe that's all I can tell you about this story. I hope you can stay healthy. See you again. I will return to my routine as usual. See you again.
