WFH : MORE THAN JUST PAJAMAS AND COFFEE
When people hears the word work from home, we usually pertains that word to - freedom! And while this is surely a perks (and I am enjoying it for almost two yearsnow, I may say it is very satisfying), also there are other sides that from the point of view of WFH life that are not usually get talked about. Here I am Hivers.I want to share and tell you what and how does this WFH hype really looks like based on me and my husband's life set-up recently.
For most of us, our WFH journey worldwide really starts when there was a need of it because of the pandemic.
The good side of pandemic was that , pandemic normalized WFH set up.
In my case I didn't even expect that I will have a work that can be done at home. I am even not qualified to the position but I purely believed that this is a blessing and this is from God. He already make a way for me to have it. This is my first ESL work. Though I tried working not usual work before like lifting things as a bossgirl so this WFH teaching kids is really a huge blessing.
This work is a work that I don't even need to be stress out because it happens to be my passion. Teaching and guiding kids; or professionally, tutoring different learners. One on one via different platform.
WFH Life as an ESL Teacher
I usually get up with a slow morning routine, since I am recently married to the man that God allowed, after I get up straight from the bed, I usually prepares meal for my husband because the moment I get up he is already grinding too. He is also working from home, he is a streamer. (You can follow him on blueapp : @EMBGaming to show supports to me and to my husband)
After I cook for us, we may now eat and our day goes on everyday together. That's our usual day. Get Up. Eat. Grind.
We are able to see sunset when we want to because of WFH set up
What Work From Home Looks Like

He can even work without a t-shirt because we live in the Philippines so it's really hot during the day so he can do this but just at home.
On the other hand, I am an ESL tutor so I need to look decent on cam.
My man grinds early in the morning. He is a streamer of this online game called RAN. I am safe to say that this man is a pro player already. He's been playing for more than five years. With his passion playing, he can turn it to an income. This man can bring food to the table too. He can beat other players but he can't beat the heat. So sometimes when it's too hot he prepares to wear sandos (vest) or just not wear any sandos (vest) at all.
This is what WFH looks like we can just see the nature and wake up with a nice view without the hassle of commuting.
This is what WFH looks like we can take a break and walk, this is the way of our lives.
Truly, working from home gives us the freedom to enjoy life more than the average of the Filos here in my country. WFH is the new hope for us who are in the poor sector to enjoy and advance in life. No one should waste the opportunity of working from home.
There's a magic and beauty to work less, be with your beloved and earn more than the others. So try WFH.
