Hello everyone... Today is Sunday, a day when our whole family comes together to do one activity: preparing food to honor my mother-in-law who passed away last month. Every day we still think about and remember all the things she did for us. Every three weeks after her passing, we prepare a meal to honor her, according to the ancient traditions of our ancestors. The children from each family help prepare the food to offer to our deceased mother. This morning I woke up at 6:00 AM because I had a schedule to prepare food for my deceased mother's offering ceremony around 9:00 AM. So I had plenty of time. And since the children are on school break, they don't have to go to school, so I really had free time. I started with a few chores, washing and preparing the vegetables. At 7:00 AM, I drove to the market, forgetting that it was Sunday and the morning market didn't have any vegetables for sale. So I had to drive a little further to find a small vegetable stall that was still open this morning.

I bought two kinds of vegetables and drove back home to cook. I chose to make one Tom Yum soup and one mixed stir-fried vegetable dish. My sister's family will also be eating two dishes. My brother and sister's families will also be preparing similar dishes, so we'll each make two dishes and then combine them. After the offering ceremony, we'll all eat together, completing the ritual.

After the ceremony was over, we sat down to talk and discuss what we should do next time. While the adults were discussing, the children were having fun with a little puppy that my niece brought from work. It was very cute, the children were playing with it happily, and the little dog was very smart.

My daughter surprised me again today! Yesterday she complained that her tooth was loose, but I didn't think it would fall out so quickly. I saw her wriggling it constantly; sometimes she was secretly worried whether it would be over or if she would bleed if the tooth came out. In the end, everything went well... my daughter smiled and showed off her missing tooth! That's all for today. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to read my article today. Thank you for your continued support and I'll see you in the next article. Bye bye. 👋👋
