Building a sustainable web3 block chain: looking beyond earnings.

One of the problems a lot of people do have is that they want to make money out of everything they do. If money is not involved in it, you cannot find them there. The same applies to lots of people on Hive. They are only here because of the monetary gains they derived from the Hive ecosystem. The day they probably stopped earning, they are off the platform to somewhere else.

This is not the right kind of attitude toward a project with future prospects. Hive is a web3 blockchain that gives users the reward for the content they created. Beyond this, it embodies gamefi and defi technology which also allows individuals to take total control of his finances without any third party involvement.

It's so unfortunate that a lot of people do not want to contribute anything meaningful into the system rather than withdrawing earnings. When this happens especially in a business venture, it leads to the collapse of the business. This analysis is pretty simple, you stocked your shop with lots of goods, everyday you make sales yet you have not bought back those things you sold out to. What happens is that the business will collapse.

Every Hive user should think about what they can contribute to the ecosystem rather than what they should earn all the time. However, there are many ways one can support the system for sustainability and development.

Every first day of the month is the Hive power up day. A day where users are reminded that they should stake their Hive earnings back into the system. However, it's not mandatory that it should be only on the power up day, one can do this at any day and anytime. Instead of withdrawing your Hive tokens, why not stake it and have a better standing on the platform?

This same modus applies to Inleo users. Every 15th of the month is the Leo power up day (lpud) . Here, you are expected to restake your Leo tokens instead of withdrawing it.

Hive has also made available for users to delegate their tokens to other users. This is to support one another and also grow in the system. We rise by lifting others as it's popularly said.

Another thing is that, as a Hive User, you can as well save your HBD into the system and earn about 20% of APR as defined by witnesses.

Also, no business outfit can grow without expansion. The more people sign up on Hive, the more it grows. When was the last time you talked to people about the Hive blockchain.? Your level of support to the system is measured by the number of people you invited to join the platform. Thanks for #zealy campaigns for bringing to the conscious of the people on the need to bring in new members.

Moreover, if I may ask, what project are you working on in Hive? Hive is an open space where anyone can come up with a project that will help grow the system. Projects like blockchain games, community projects and the rest are all welcome. Hive is ready to support any project so long as it's for the benefit of the ecosystem.

We can only achieve a lot when a system is sustained and that can only happen if we pull our resources together and build it.
