My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2025

Cyclone Alfred might be gone, but it has left a lot of tropical rain. we had 240 mm in the last 24 hours. I don't mind getting wet when I run, but I just did not feel that safe with all the wind. So I just did some indoor cycling early, then late afternoon just before dark, we got a bit of a break, and I managed a quick run, 2 laps around our neighbourhood block.

Even though it stopped rain for a bit, there was still plenty of rain water in the drains, making its way to the creek.

All the rain brought an end to my 10k before 10 am streak. Hopefully, I am straight back on it tomorrow.
