Greetings friends of Hiverun, I hope you are very well, today I come to share with you the jog I did this morning.

Saludos amigos de Hiverun, espero que se encuentren muy bien, en el día de hoy les vengo a compartir en trote que realice esta mañana.

After several weeks without jogging, today I dared to run these 4 kilometers, I had planned to run them flat, but @crily.love told me to go to her house to pick her up, so I decided to go to her house jogging.

Después de varias semanas sin trotar, el día de hoy me atreví a realizar estos 4 kilómetros, tenía pensado correrlos planos, pero @crily.love me dije que fuera a su casa a buscarla, así que decidí ir a su casa trotando.

Getting to Crisly's house jogging, is not easy at all, since that's on a mountain, it's literally going to rescue the princess. I hadn't prepared myself for that climb so it was a surprise for my performance.

Llegar a la casa de Crisly trotando, no es nada fácil, ya que eso es en una montaña, literalmente es ir a rescatar a la princesa. No me había mentalizado para esa subida por lo cual era una sorpresa para mi rendimiento.

Although I have not been jogging, all these days I have been doing pilates and yoga at home, so I felt the muscles active, they were not exhausted, fatigued or uncomfortable, they responded very well. However, I accept that I have put on a little weight, so I felt a little heavier.

A pesar de que no he trotado, todos estos días he estado realizando pilates y yoga en la casa, por lo cual sentí los músculos activos, no estaban agotados, fatigados o incómodos, respondieron muy bien. Sin embargo, acepto que he engordado un poco, por lo cual me sentía un poco más pesado.

The good thing is that I have been exercising all my life, my body has a physical memory that I really admire, it is like a friend that I am very happy to see again.

Se falla es perder varios días de trote, lo bueno es que toda la vida he hecho ejercicios, mi cuerpo tiene una memoria física que de verdad la admiro, es como una amiga que me alegra mucho volverla a ver.

Of all the exercises that I have been doing over time, swimming, dancing and jogging are the ones that I have seen the most results. My purpose is to be able to develop all three, I love life, it takes proactivity.

De todos los ejercicios que vengo realizando a través del tiempo, la natación, la danza y el trote, son los que más resultado les he visto. Mi propósito es poder desarrollar los tres, me encanta la vida, lleva de proactividad.
