At home elections I observe the script of both parties and each time more fanaticism is achieved from both parties, and each time we see more dead people in these political events.

There are so many things I can think about while I jog and drain so many anxieties. Lately I run with no intention of improving marks, I just try to release anguish to feel a little better, thanks @Hiverun for giving me that healthy knowledge of exercise.

Son tan tas cosas que puedo pensar mientras troto y dreno tantas angustias. Últimamente corro sin intención de mejorar marcas, solo trato de soltar angustias para sentirme un poco mejor, gracias @Hiverun por aportarme ese conocimiento saludable de hacer ejercicio.
