New building design rendering completed .

I found this house design while looking for designs in 3d warehouse. The design of the house is very beautiful and unique. It is a three storey house design featuring one unit per floor. From what I understood by measuring the design, only the house design has been done with an area of around 1920 square feet. The design of the ground floor is different. The design of the remaining two floors is the same. Well done with large spaces but the design is slightly curved. Cannot be seen from the side. It can be seen from the top.

Since I chose to render it, it had to be well understood first. Because it had many problems. First is its texture. If you do this kind of design work, then you will know that the textures of the products taken from any site are not what you like and sometimes changing them is a very time-consuming matter. Due to which many people design it themselves and add color to it and render it.

This is not a complete design as it has been uploaded with a lot of work left unfinished. As the lower and front parts have been worked, some parts have been fitted with windows. However, they will not be analyzed here. So I have to make it to render perfect. First I used sketchup software to work on it. So the colors that are added from sketchup are only temporary or for rendering. Because when rendering, the render software treats the same colors as a group, so the color of each object has to be changed. So we have to change the color of each object in sketchup. This is not a problem for V-ray render software but Lumion has the problem. .

I am currently working on Lumion for rendering. It is also rendered with Lumion. I have used many textures in the design like full tiles in the entrance area, full cream color on the right side and black and cream color on the left side. The left side looks more beautiful than the other side. Also there are two balconies where I have used wood texture as well. Here, I then placed it next to my previous design. As for the previous design, I put it right next to the house design that I showed in my previous post. It doesn't require me to design a new environment for it separately. However, the render results are right in front of you. Looks pretty good to me. Let me know what you think of this design.
