Hello #HiveFriend, welcome once again to my blog. This time, I want to offer you some food for thought. This morning, after my workout and training, I decided to take some photos of the ocean waves and their white foam. I'll share a blog post with you later. I saw an athlete running in the distance, approaching on the wet sand. I didn't pay much attention, as it's quite normal to see these athletes running in the mornings, just like I do 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ .

My biggest surprise was that, as he passed right in front of me, I could see that he was AN OLDER MAN! He must have been at least 70 years old. WOW! My surprise was so satisfying, and then I thought with some sadness about how many children and young people prefer video games, parties, and alcohol to sports and the OUTDOORS. I didn't want to miss this beautiful experience this morning, and I'm sharing it with you here.
