Making a Violin from cardboard- Group Activity for Stage Drama
6 comments
Well, today I made a Violin π» out of a cardboard so I thought I'd share it with you guys. There is a struggle and a story behind this creation. The latest drama of our society (dramatic society) was to be performed. The props of this play required a violin, which is quite expensive.
And already we had spent a lot of money on the the props of drama. And the team also our DSA had invested a lot of money on the props, so we couldn't afford to spend so much.

Material
β’ Cardboard
β’ Gluegun
β’ Cutter
β’ Spraypaint
β’ And a friend like Esha to help you make it ππ«Άπ»

First we made the shape of the bottom part of the violin, which was once damaged, so we started rebuilding it and this time it looked a lot better.

So I told her, to add these little pieces of cardboard and then we'll paste another side of the cardboard over it, which will make it look thicker and less likely to break.

We didn't have any spray paint yet so we thought of doing the rest tomorrow and anyway my hostel was about to close so I picked up the extra stuff and took it with me to the hostel.

The next day we had our rehearsals at New Campus where we were given spray paints and did the rest of our work. It was very cold here and we completed the work in about two days and it took a lot of hard work.

I had brought a white thread from my hostel so that we could make violin strings.
And I also know the name of real violin strings that produce sound they are "G" string, "D" string, "A" string and "E" string...I am very fond of playing the violin so I have a little knowledge about it π₯Ήπ«Άπ»... well this is the final product.

This is a character in our play who had to play the violin. This is the most jolly person of our society

It was us doing the last rehearsal before performing the play and this kid was playing the violin.
