Walking to meet my friend in the village π€

Hello everyone! Today is another small moment in the afternoon, around 4 pm. It's still cold here, but luckily today there's sunshine. I'm having dinner with a friend at their house in the village, not too far from mineβabout a 5-minute walk. I prefer walking. In winter, the sun sets earlier, so the daytime is shorter than the nighttime, and it gets dark quickly.
I rarely go outside because it's usually so cold that I don't want to do anything but stay indoors. Also, some days if there's no sun, I barely want to go anywhere. But today the weather is a little better, even though it's still cold.
Today I brought some food to share with my friend. We usually bring food and drinks to share and eat together. We do this regularly.
Today's food is Thai, simple dishes with a spicy, sour, and salty flavor profile. Today's meal is seafood vermicelli salad, and also some fried fish and fried meat.
It's nice to see each other occasionally, so we have so much to talk about and have fun. We're Thais living abroad, and I'm lucky to have friends in my village, but we don't see each other often because everyone has their own work and responsibilities.
