Vigo county Indiana. A terrible place. The only decent human being I met there besides my lawyer was one of the larger meth dealers.

There is some real sick that affects people here.

Like I actually had to teach adults how to read and write here.

That county preys on people.

The Vigo County Drug Task Force are not only using but selling the product they steal from people "breaking the law". They run it up north closer to Chicago, which incidentally is where a lot of the product on the streets in Terre Haute is coming from originally anyway.

The fucked up part is that those sketchy ass cops don't have any morals about what they will sell. They don't see any difference between it being weed or heroine at all.

So if you go to that county and think that they are actively trying to stop the hard drug issues there think again. They feed it.

When they have a big heroine bust there and then sell that heroine up near Chicago a fair amount of it ends up right back on the streets of Terre Haute by the following week.

Sort of seemed like the whole county knew about it too.

So they were way overcrowded and letting meth heads and chomos (Chomo is a pedophile) go while I sat in there.

I saw people get put in there for sickening things. One couple had over 20 dogs, all in cages, all starving and shitting all over themselves, kids were in essentially the same state only the house was the cage.

Met a guy whos parents used to pump him full of heroine then fuck him and video record it.

They finally got arrested because the mom went crazy on the dad and turned him in, using the video as her evidence...

I guess forgetting that she was also on it.

She got 60+ and he got 99 years.

Same guy's grandpa killed for the KKK.

The Vigo County Jail

I've been in a couple jails in the US. Couple different states and whatnot. Vigo county is definitely the worst I've seen by a margin.

It doesn't air out, like ever. There was black mold in nearly every cell.

I've heard people complain about the food in jails and I've complained myself but nothing compares to Vigo County Jail Food.

No one has been able to tell what the "hamburgers" really are in years. The cans it came out of said "not for human consumption" on them. That is about as much as the cooks knew.

It was super clear that this place was intentionally serving whatever they wanted to call food.

They keep the lights on at night so no one sleeps well at all, it's customary to cover your eyes with a sock.

They keep it cold on purpose. It's all concrete and they keep it frigid. Then don't allow you enough blanket to keep warm in it. Many just sleep in their clothes.
