In Bengal, people generally call it Akanda Flower. It has religious significance in India. People offer akanda flower to Lord Shiva while worshiping him. I have seen the plant of akanda flower at many places in the city of Kolkata. This is one of them that I saw just outside my neighbor's house. If you look at the flower carefully you can see a black insect on its surface. People make garland with akanda flower and sell it in the market.

This is my entry for Macro Photography Round 154.
