Human beings are like onions. Every day or every time, the layers peel back, and things unseen before are discovered. Seeing it this way sounds a little crazy, but it is true. We are peeled like onions, layer upon layer falling away, thus falling those weights we decided to remove. This doesn't happen immediately; this is from each person's point of view and according to moments of liberation or enlightenment, as I called it a while back.
Layer upon layer falls away. The more they fall, the more beautiful and lustrous the onion looks, and that's what happens with us.
That depends on each of us when we choose to look differently at what surrounds us and what always accompanies us, what's inside us. There can be more than 10 layers; the good thing is that this comparison is interesting.
