Implementing Chat on Snapie.io

Hello my friends. As you can see from this video, I'm putting in the work still. It might be the lazy month for some, but certainly not or me. At any rate, I do want to mention, since being a witness is a perma-campaign thing, that @snapie did launch a witness today. I mention it in the video, but it doesn't hurt to write it too.
