Pains And Agony - Digital Drawing

Here is my new digital art.
It is an illustrative drawing of people in severe pains and agony. You can see their mouth wide open and eyes deepen in, portraying hard time. Anger can also emanate here.

When those emotional pains and sufferings cannot be held back, they get poured out physically.

The drawing was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application using scribble style. Vertical strokes were introduced towards the finishing part to give it another feel. Below are my steps:
