Hello everyone! Today I'm going to change the content a bit, as a few days ago I re-immersed myself in one of the most important games in the Hive ecosystem: Arcade Colony and its games.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy voy a cambiar un poco el contenido, ya que hace unos días volví a sumergirme en uno de los juegos más importantes del ecosistema de Hive: Arcade Colony y sus juegos.

I have a Discord group with some friends from the Hive network, so I saw that there are several who are still playing Moon Karts, so I called their attention and asked them if it was so difficult to participate in the ranking in this times.

I remember that, when I was actively playing, there were players who were online 24 hours a day, and some even used multi-accounts. That made the rewards not so good in Colony for those of us who played more casually.

Tengo un grupo de Discord con unos amigos de la red de Hive, por lo que vi que hay varios que todavia estan jugando al Moon Karts. Asi que me llamo la atención y les pregunté si era tan dificil participar en el ranking en estos tiempos.

Recuerdo que, cuando jugaba activamente, había jugadores que estaban conectados las 24 horas del día, e incluso algunos usaban multicuentas. Eso hacía que las recompensas no fueran tan buenas en Colony para quienes jugábamos de forma más casual.

After receiving confirmation that it was now much easier to compete for a place in the ranking. This time I decided to build a new preset from scratch, since in my last stage playing I ended up selling my kart for an offer that I had been made and I could not refuse.

For my first two seasons, I opted to rent an inexpensive kart, but well equipped with accessories that would really serve me to compete and keep me in a worthy position in the ranking.

Para mis dos primeras temporadas, opté por alquilar un kart económico, pero bien equipado con accesorios que realmente me sirvieran para competir y mantenerme en una posición digna dentro del ranking.

In addition, I had to buy a rare driver and a common engine, to try to make the car minimally controllable. The rare kart without accessories, it's practically a big challenge to be able to turn in a corner, like the regular kart.

Luckily, since the last time I had played, I had a few karting accessories left over, such as Steady Spin, Smooth Pulse and Tire Thread.

Además, he tenido que comprar un conductor raro y un motor común, para intentar que el coche sea mínimamente controlable. El kart raro sin accesorios, prácticamente es un gran desafío poder doblar en una curva, como el kart común.

Por suerte, desde la ultima vez que habia jugado, me habian sobrado algunos accesorios para el karting como Steady Spin, Smooth Pulse y Tire Thread.

With the preset I put together for my return to the game, I actually got much better results than I expected.

I've gotten to play a few races and have beaten people with epic karting and epic drivers, which goes to show that having a well-equipped kart makes a big difference.

With all the features I've put into the car, it manages to reach a top speed of 211 mph. I even managed to win several races against a user who is currently in the Top 3 in the game, which pretty much motivated me to keep this kart for a while.

In these last two seasons, I have not had so much time to play, so I managed to position myself almost in the top 10 and managed to take a considerable amount of Colony.

I am also participating in the Orbitals ranking, as I am still playing with the fuel left over from a few months ago. However, with my Colony staking factor, I am getting almost no Colony rewards for collecting them.

En estas dos ultimas temporadas, no he tenido tanto tiempo para jugar, asi que logré posicionarme casi en el top 10 y lograr llevarme una cantidad considerable de Colony.

También estoy participando en el ranking de Orbitals, ya que todavia sigo jugando con la fuel que me sobró desde hace unos meses. Sin embargo, con mi staking factor de Colony, no estoy obteniendo casi nada de recompensas en Colony por juntarlos.

As I was not playing consistently, I received an average of between 2000 and 3000 Colony per season. That's why I decided to stake all the winnings, with the idea that, in the future, when I have a little more time to dedicate to the game, I can aim to generate at least 10k Colony per season.

Como no estuve jugando de forma constante, recibí un promedio de entre 2000 y 3000 Colony por cada temporada. Por eso decidí stakear todas las ganancias, con la idea de que, en el futuro, cuando tenga un poco más de tiempo para dedicarle al juego, pueda aspirar a generar al menos 10k Colony por temporada.
